Tim Hortons - Thunder Bay

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and I especially enjoyed the variety of coffee and tea options. The price was very reasonable compared to other restaurants. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit to Tim Hortons and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, delicious, and affordable meal.

We were told that if we visited Canada, that Tim Hortons was a right of passage. We decided to pop in our last morning before heading back to the US and were pleasantly surprised. In my opinion, it a Starbucks with more food choices and less coffee choices. My daughter had a bagel and cream cheese, which she said was one of the best she's had (and she's had a lot) and I had an egg, sausage, and hash brown wrap. It had a specific name, but unfortunately I can't remember it. It tasted quite fresh and a little spicy, which I enjoyed. The prices were reasonable, and the food choices were numerous. We were both quite happy we made the stop.

Waited 15 minutes to be told they were out of EVERY bagel. Perhaps you should update your food boards, so people don't waste their time in your ridiculously lines? Left with NOTHING. Again.

Was dirty inside and the cashier had difficulties communicating with the public.Tim's has degraded significantly over the past 2 years here.

Kinda slow but hey they get alot of costumers, good pricing n nice works, super understanding.
