Little Caesars Pizza - THREE RIVERS

This three rivers location usually has fresh well prepared pizza and bread sticks, staff is usually also super beautiful.

It is open and they are, but at 19:30 there are no orders to go figure makes no sense for me!!

Place an order at 9:20 was there to get him at 9:54, and the manager hanged at the door while I was open and said we're sorry to close the register. I'll let him know politely that I've just made an order and it's not 10:00, then he closed the door and closed it. I literally drove 20 minutes to get this and give him some good friends at Armstrong's. He called me back about 15 minutes later and offered me free pizzas I refused. I think this is absolutely terrible service and I don't want any extra spit on my pizza. Lol

I placed an online order the day before to be picked up for dinner. My husband arrived at the scheduled time, only to be told that it would be another 20 minutes because they had not even started on our order. He waited for it to be ready, and when he asked if they could offer a discount or some form of compensation for being late with our order, he was rudely told that they couldn't because other customers had been waiting before him. This response was unacceptable since we had placed our order in advance and were not just looking for a quick meal. Because of this incident and our past experiences with the establishment, we have decided to no longer order from this place.

I spent $50 in there and they messed up the order, so basically i got overcharged. I didn't notice until i got home which is about 15 minute drive. I order stuffed crust and they give me a thick crust pizza with no cheese.
