Bidra med feedbackThey got our order wrong and where not interested to correct it. It was cold and the wrong items they did not apologise are try to correct it.
Their chicken was stale and reheated from frozen I believe. Stinky sauce, miserable portion size with only two left over chicken strips pieces in their burgers and panini rolls. The salad comprised of only roughly shredded cabbage. Every priced too. Just a waste of time and money. Would NEVER visit Pepe Chicken Portsmouth again or any of Pepe take away ever again.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly incompetent and rude. They took an order for a feta salad, which they were unable to make, and instead gave us a salad with just lettuce and chicken. When we brought this issue to the store manager, they did not understand our complaint. This seems to be a common issue when ordering from this restaurant, as they frequently get orders wrong. Trying to resolve these issues with staff members who have poor English skills only adds to the frustration.
My family used to enjoy Pepes, but recently we have noticed a change in staff with a serious attitude, a decline in food quality, and prices that are now very high. It used to be worth the cost, but now it is overpriced. The staff's attitude is also unprofessional and unpleasant.
I love the food at this restaurant, it's even better than Nando's. However, they often make mistakes with deliveries. Lately, I've come to expect that my order will be missing rice, fries, wings, or the wrong level of chili. I see it as a small price to pay for good food, but it's becoming quite annoying. Sometimes Pepe's is helpful on the phone, other times not so much. Our last meal only had 3 legs and 1 breast of chicken, with no rice. I'm calling them now after placing a large order but they don't seem interested. Please fix this, Pepe's!
