Taco Bell - Thousand Oaks

Ordered five crunchy beef tacos but I did not know was that I would receive a lettuce taco. Eight to ten stands of cheese and virtually no beef. It was really funny! Except they cost me $1.79.I thought to weigh the taco's after I ate the first two. Number 3 weighed 2.4 ounces, number 4 weighed 2.5 ounces and number 5 weighed 2.5 ounces.The beef tasted old and was very greasy but the lettuce was fresh and crunchy. There was not enough cheese for me to comment on.All in RIP OFF!!

I miss the good old days of Taco Bell. Tostadas, bean burritos with beans in it.

I keep hoping that the managers will greet with a happy face. I know people have stuff going on in their lives but every time it's a bit much. My orders are always wrong. I check my order after pulling out of the drive thru . If wrong I have to drive through again. The staff seems frustrated that they gut my order wrong . The tacos have very very very little cheese too. So unfortunate!

Ordered my food by 12:08 and received it 12:36. I needed to follow up multiple times before they finally make it ???
