Starbucks - Thousand Oaks

The entire team seems to be happy and enjoy working together. They team members that work here are really friendly, courteous, and fun. Oh, and the drinks here are good too ?

My favorite coffee and done RIGHT!! Small vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso and extra hot. I don't know the ladies but they're amazing!!! Totally recommend this store!!

I got here 30 minutes ago and my drink is still not here. I am not happy with the wait but my drink was good.

I appreciate the attempt to be polite at first. The initial customer service was good, I 'll admit.However, I was quite taken aback when I walked outside and discovered that the barista had not spelled my name correctly on the cup. This wasn 't really something I like. I understand that my pronunciation isn 't the best, but there are exactly zero people on planet Earth named Chug .My depression is bad enough knowing that I can 't fully pronounce my own name sometimes. I didn 't really need to be reminded of it. I 'd rather be asked to repeat myself if my pronunciation wasn 't clear enough, or even just assume that I meant Chuck . It 's really not that hard.

Customer service is great here. Only downside is the entitled Los Cerritos MS kids that come and act like they they are the boss.
