Peet's Coffee - Thousand Oaks

Every Peet’s coffee I have visited is basically the same: professional and helpful staff, clean, fast and the best coffee.

Huge Peet’s fan but unfortunately this is the worst one I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot). It’s not the service so much as the quality of the drinks.

I tried to find the menu online through their website and it was a very difficult process when I tried to use the help feature I could not respond to the virtual assistant because of the cookies agreement bar blocking the response. I spent about 10 minutes trying to find out what they have on their menu but wasn't able to do so. I'm looking for an alternative to Starbucks but I guess I will have to keep looking

The baristas there are overwhelmed and extremely rude about it .. I’m a daily customer but will never go back because the experience I had today picking up a delivery.. waited 15 minutes past promised time, while the baristas were chatting with customers and finally when I asked how long more it would be I got chewed out by a RUDE employee and they flat out refused to let me know how to contact a manager ..I will never give this place my money again

I love Peet's, it's a great place to study, or to have a coffee with a friend. Way better than starbucks.
