Panera Bread - Thousand Oaks

The quiches are delicious and the baked goods are excellent. I had the pumpkin muffin and took home the raspberry and cheese ring. Sooo good!!!!!!!?

The three of us got into the store at 7:05 pm. We placed our order and was asked for here or to go, we said for here. We then got our drinks and sat down to wate for our dinner. In about 4or5 minutes our food was giving to us in a bag all set to go. Wewere then told that they closed in 10 minutes and to take the food and go. Well the 3 of us were very upset by this hole thing.We had just come from visiting with our son who has been in the Hospital for two weeks. We just wanted to sit and eat our dinnerfor a few minutes and then go home. Pretty sure that we are not going back to Panera.

Zero stars!!! I decided to order delivery from this restaurant because I was feeling unwell and didn't want to leave the house. Unfortunately, my order arrived with missing items. I tried contacting the restaurant multiple times but no one answered the phone. I called five times within half-hour intervals with no luck. This experience was very disappointing and I will never visit this restaurant or order from this franchise again.

This restaurant is severely understaffed. The food is taking an excessively long time to be prepared, with a 40-minute wait for a simple soup. The manager is not managing the situation well, and the few employees are visibly struggling to keep up with the orders. There is a long line of customers waiting impatiently for their food.

I really enjoy the food at Panera, but this particular location has some problems. The soda machine is frequently out of service, they have occasional plumbing issues, and they seem to be understaffed.
