Kenza, and Chyann have great customer service. I like how they take pride in what they do, and ask if my drink is to my satisfaction.

Worst Starbucks Ever. Every single time I'm in here I wait at least 10-15 minutes for them to make my drinks. The baristas are so slooooooooow. I do not recommend this Starbucks if you are in a rush. They will definitely make you late.

This was the absolute worst experience we 've ever had at a Starbucks! I never like giving 1 star, but these guys truly earned it. We got in line behind one other person and painfully watch the rookie behind the counter struggling to figure out how to cook a breakfast sandwich for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile the 'trainer ', who had a stack of drinks waiting to be done, proceeded to take about 5 minutes for each drink. It was honestly like watching slow motion! She all but ignored the new girl and didn 't make eye contact with the now growing line. Finally, the lady in front of us got so tired of waiting to pay, she reached over and scanned her own card! After almost 20 minutes we came up to order and the trainer looks at the long line, leans over to the new girl and says, 'we 're closed! ' What?!? So I responded, 'we 've waited 20 minutes and you just announce you 're closed? ' To which she responded, 'Yes, we 're backed up but you can wait if you want. ' No apology or consideration for any of us who had waited. We were ready to leave when a manager showed up, so we thought we might get somewhere. She simply asked the new girl about her schedule, got her answer and walked away!! There had to be 10 people waiting for drinks as well as the line waiting to order, but she just walked away. After already waiting as long as we had, we just left. No convenience, no customer service, no consideration for any of us. I would not recommend this location, but do suggest they consider either retraining the staff or cleaning house and starting over.

Went in today and was there for 15 minutes and didn't even get to order. Three girls were working and the girl taking orders wouldn't take more orders until her previous order was made and given to customer. Myself and the guy in front of me walked off because it was taking too long just to ORDER..

Service was on point and well expected! Thank yalll for ur hard work!!!
