Good Times Burgers Frozen Custard

I just got food from here, like 15 minutes ago. I always say, even if there is fast food, I will wait a few extra minutes for hot fresh food and this good times delivered to a t! Many thanks to the fact that they give me the greasy burger that I can get nowhere else and many thanks for ordering it! BOMB.COM! my only handle would be the next time you could give me two bags instead of a lagging bag? my bag has been cut into my house and then I was sad.

Normally I only go in the morning and everything is typically on point but this evening the experience was horrible. First we waited for ten minutes in the drive thru and then the food wasn’t just cold, it was like taken out of the fridge cold. Like sat on the counter for hours cold, the cheese was dried out and the buns were hard and dried out. I’m seriously concerned there will be a food poisoning issue due to poor food handling here. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I tried to purchase food from here tonight at 9:30pm. The order menu was dark but I seen another car in the drive thru so I pulled in anyways only to be told they just took thier last customer!! Google shows they are open until 10pm, I told the guy it wasn't 10 yet all he said was sorry I can't help you. While I sat in the Kohl's parking lot deciding on somewhere else to eat I watched 5 other cars that were going to pull in as well but left instead. Unfortunately your employees cost you to lose out on several sales tonight.

Love the wild fries and dipping sauce. Came here on Superbowl Sunday to get my dog a pawbender for his bday and there was a tip jar sitting outside of the drive thru window... not sure if y'all taking tips is ethical. If you do, the company should post something legit looking...

Really like the custard ice cream. Tried the blackberry flavor, finished it all within 5 minutes. The fries here with their special dipping sauce is the best I ever had. The crispy chicken sandwich is also really good here. You can drive thru or during warmer days eat outside. They have small tables to chill at.
