As always the staff is professional and courteous. Lily was amazing! This was my family's first time experiencing The Melting Pot and they were thrilled and we all left with full satisfied bellies. It was awesome to share one of my favorite places with them. Thank you!

For Hot Pot to be right across the street and $70 less per person that's all you can eat idky people go here. It's so expensive and all that stuff they serve could easily be bought and cooked in bulk for the same price per person. It's like fine. But imo you're paying WAAAAY too much for what's offered. Anyway I did love or waiter, he was funny and charismatic and we were checked on by managers which doesn't happen often so that was nice. They accommodated for one of my party members inability to walk up stairs. They also had vegan options, including vegan cheese!Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese, one vegan entree option, and vegan chocolate

Loved our meal and our server was fantastic. Lots of fun too. Decor is dated and could use a redo but I'd go back even if they don't update! I find myself thinking often of the loaded potato fondue and the chocolate with caramel and candied nuts dessert fondue. All delicious ?

We have been dining at the MP for over 20 yrs. Your server can make or break your experience and we were thrilled with Daniel this evening. I also want to thank management for allowing our 2 top to sit at a 2 burner table. This allows us to get both a grill and a cooking pot to create the food exactly how we want it. The teriyaki steak and lobster are always a must ! I was amazed at how quick our courses came out. We do dine smart and had a 5pm reservation you can’t expect to come at 7or 8 in the middle of peak dinner service and get the same experience. Looking forward to our next visit already !
