My first and last time here waited 10 mins for coffee and sausage and egg while waiting flies landing on bacon and donuts employee was informed and did nothing
I always go to this location because it's the closest to my work. This is not the first time they got my order wrong. I went in this morning and ordered a 4 cheese bagel and got something completely different. The manager and the workers dotn pay attention to people's orders. And when you try to call they don't do nothing about it or they just don't answer.
This one brown lady who always works late in the drive thru never listens to my order (after being slow, clear, and repeating my order everytime), she is VERY RUDE when she can’t understand my order and replies, and she never accommodates for it either when she messes it up. obviously, i can understand that sometimes it’s hard to understand someone’s order in a drive thru, but the way she goes about it is unacceptable and rude. Every other review on here is complaining about the same lady who works the drive thru, however she’s been working there for a long time. Please get rid of her as she is terrible at service and makes this timhortons look bad. there are many other people who would be happy to be employed here and won’t act the same way she does.
Before the specified hour closed I have already paid over their app, far driven, and their loading is empty. in the meantime, the customer service on the app cannot issue any refund. the only way to get back my $3.5 is to take 30 min to submit a contest.
