Taco Bell - Thornhill

I tried the beef burrito Supreme and soft taco at this restaurant, which offers a buy one, get one free deal on Mondays. While the prices have increased, the $1 drinks and buy one, get one offer make it a still good value.

This is a fantastic spot for a casual meal; the food is quite bland so you'll likely have to request extra hot sauce, although sometimes they may forget or provide just a small amount. The restaurant appears a bit shabby and could benefit from some maintenance. The staff can be a bit impolite at times, but I've never encountered any major issues. Overall, it's a decent choice for grabbing a quick bite to eat.

I visited this restaurant once and while the food was good, the customer service was lacking. I requested hot sauce and was initially told they didn't have any. After politely asking 2-3 more times, suddenly they had a variety of hot sauces available. It was unclear if it was laziness or something else, but it seems you need to be persistent in communicating your needs to the staff.

I agree with the other patrons that the service is pretty poor. The owner also works there but very unfriendly not even hello. We ordered two beef soft taco, small fries and small nacho chips with cheese and a drink. The meal came to $12. However, it seemed the meal was for a small child. We are two adults. I wouldn't return and pretty disappointed how the portions are so tiny maybe less than a tablespoon of meat in the soft taco. Even the nacho chips were a tiny portion.I used to love Taco but Sorry l can't return.

Service and food quality at this location is poor. I like Taco Bell but it's one of my guilty pleasures, but the service at this location is really poor not quite terrible but poor.
