Sometimes it barks, sometimes it doesn't. Store manager, take good care of your people! The first time he came, he rolled his eyes like I was annoying him all the time.

The milk tea at this location is very watery and there is no taste to the pearls. I thought I might have let the ice melt too much so the next time I lessened the ice and added more sugar but it was still watery and tasteless. Very disappointing as I enjoy the Unionville location!

Presotea is a decent bubble tea shop, they have a large menu of drinks to choose from.The milk honey dew drink was a little powdery and could have been mixed more. The lychee black tea was good.

Good bubble tea, if you buy in combo is reasonable low
