First time at a Java Joes and the serving staff are really nice! I got a latte and enjoyed every bit of it.

Even though things are quiet due to the COVID-19 situation, this restaurant is my favorite spot for lunch or a coffee break with friends and clients. It is a family-owned business, unlike the larger chains, so the service is always courteous and friendly. The food is fresh, and they make sandwiches right in front of you.

I was charged 25 cents for using my credit card to purchase a small coffee at this restaurant. VISA's policy states that merchants are not allowed to do this, so I will be reporting this issue.
