I don't know who the little Asian man was that came out of the back and yelled at me when i made a little complacent mistake picking up my bagle, but he sure was classless and rude. I made light of his ignorance with my elevated sense of humor and told the lady behind the counter that he needs be more polite and professional.If his attitude doesn't go then he should.Over the last 20yrs I've had more great experiences than bad, so I'm not going to let that slaveen of a person, stop me from coming back to the best bagle place in ontario.

Bagel are good and fresh, hot sandwich is so so, sharama has less taste on it.

Not a welcoming place. Get attitude from staff here. However the bagels are good. Atmospheric no place to sit .

I 've always liked their bagels and still do but wanted to share how they ripped me off for a coffee today. Their menu has a medium coffee for $2.25 but the cashier gave me a tiny cup and charged me that much so I asked her about it and she said that we don 't have medium anymore only small and large ...so basically they made the medium a small and still charge the same. This cup was tiny and charging that much for it was excessive especially since their menu shows a medium for that price. When I asked her about it she looked at me like I was crazy and she didn 't understand what I was talking about. Maybe because of the area they think people can afford it and don 't care but I didn 't appreciate the attitude and the ripoff coffee.
