Bidra med feedbackFood was mediocre. I had beef tips and they had no seasoning.
My husband and I decided to try Sunrise Diner today..the atmosphere was pleasant...my waitress name was Kailey...she was very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our food...I had the flounder meal and he had bacon burger...I must say you get your money's worth... we'll visit again...thank you for the great experience....
I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!! I have never had such bad service! The attitude was over the top. I was given the worst coffee ever, so bitter and bad tasting. Asked for no sugar on French Toast, when it came, you guessed it, sugar and lots of it! When I said, I ordered with no sugar, wow the attitude! The waitress told us to leave and not come back!!! Sure I’ll accommodate that! The food is okay, nothing exceptional. I had gone there for convenience. I left and went to Cagney’s in Lexington. Wow what a difference, I was treated like they wanted my patronage!!
Delightful little diner, even on a busy holiday the staff was cheery and accommodating. Had a great time with my family (including small children) and the food was excellent!
So on 7/4/2004 I took my family out for breakfast. First let me say the food is amazing and the wait staff is awesome. It wasn’t until my grandson located a few pieces of hair on his pancake. Now if it would have been on the top of the stack of pancakes I would have been like maybe that’s his hair but his is dreaded. But it was on the bottom pancake after he had ate the one off top. So the manager/owner was like why didn’t you say something before now. I said well I did when my waitress came back to our table. He then proceed to say I can take a drink off but not the plate oh and my guys wear hats. I’m like well the hair either was already on the plate or either when they cooked it either way it was a few on his plate and one was straight. It was the principal of the accountability from the manager for me. I’m also a business owner and we have to take ownership of things that happen in our establishment even when we feel differently. Do we let people walk over us NO but hair in food is a PROBLEM!!!!!!! My advice would be listen to your customers who are paying for a service and take accountability.
