Bidra med feedbackI had to repeat myself several times through the speaker so that they could hear my order and they could be ours.
They closed at 9:55 and let me sit in the menu for 15 minutes. After all, a car came through the ride and I heard them say we're closed. (Not to be ugly) when I went through the window, the employee conversed with someone. I could only scream when you're closed and went home. I was a very unhappy camper.
We ordered through the app before arrival and it took 20 minutes to finish it. Missing drinks, sides and spices. Eating tastes good, but they're heavily understated.
Stopped by fortunate hour blows?. Price It's been forever since I had one? What's going on? Used drive through window average speed with two cars in front of me.
I went through the drive thru. Once to the window, we were asked 6 times what we had ordered. Specifically, a coney. After verifying we wanted a coney 6 times, we were gave a bag. Once home, the bag contained tater tots. Not exactly a coney It?s on me for not checking the order. After being asked more than my right hand can count what we had, I should have known. Wrong flavor slushees. Rude employees. Long long wait with nobody in front of us I will never come back here again. Does that matter? No, this sonic could care less about my business. After multiple bad experiences, I wanted it to be known to whoever reads these reviews, that this sonic is hands down the saddest excuse of a sonic I have ever been too. If 0 stars were possible, that?s what I would choose. I hope someone sees this review and can make some changes, because this restaurant won?t be open long term with this poor service. Thank you all for wasting my time, and money!
