Miss old administration or owner. Not sure what happened. Girls are a bit flaky and there was a mistake with my order the last 3 orders. But definitely better than Dunkin.

Whether for a cup of tea or coffee or for a bagel or a complete meal, Chubbas is fantastic. The food is great and the staff is great. Even if it is busy (what happens in really good restaurants, the waiting time is not long and the girls behind the counter are super friendly. Are you back?

Eating? Great. Dining areas? Clean. Service? To die. Such attentive and friendly staff! Got everything I needed in a very short round and could not be happier with my experience!

I? ve come here a few different times and I can confidently say I have never been disappointed, the workers are committed to great service and are always friendly together with profi! they will go beyond and beyond to make sure they have a good experience. also while they were busy always fast to bring out my food and not to mention the specialties they are always excellent. would definitely recommend!

I love it here, such caring owners and workers. Family friendly restaurant, food is always amazing : they have everything you can think of! Every time I call, they always get to me even if I have to hold for a minute. Food is always fast. And tastes amazing
