Formerly The Prison, this restaurant has preserved the charm of walls, cells and old stones by bringing its perso touch. The kitchen is made House and excellent, just as the quiet and neat service. The concept is quite surprising and absolutely awesome: the restaurant has social partners who send people in difficulty to get to the restaurant with symbolic prices (6 euros for entry/plat or plat/dessert). Public rates are quite reasonable as well, I would even say that the price quality ratio is excellent! The restaurant also proposes to highlight local artists and artisans in order to enhance them. For the moment the doors of the establishment are open only at noon but I look forward to the opening in the evening! This restaurant is a beautiful ethical and gustative example Thionvillois! A place not to miss, to share and to recommend!

Who would have said of a (old) prison that it could be welcoming? Well, it's the case of this old prison renovated and transformed to welcome you...in a cell for a fresh and good menu! It's also a restaurant with social rates to make the restaurant accessible to people in financial situations 'different': Bravo.

First meal on Thursday, July 23, 2015. At lunch .In couple .New installation March 2015 in the unspoiled but original premises of the old prison . 4 cells for 4 to 6 people. a large room for 18 people. Restaurant solidaire explanation: Public price meals of 12 € allows to offer solidarity meals to 6 € whose beneficiaries are sent by social services. The menu at 12 euros consists of :Entrdish of the day or dish of the day dessert.Possibility to 15 € Dish of the day dessert. The service is very kind. The kitchen is professional made by the former chef of the restaurant La prison semi-gastro. The unique menu changes every day.Quality very satisfactory for the price. Entry Salad Light niçoise . flat : white pané good fries excellent dessert carpaccio pineapples with coconut milk T.B.I recommend or tiramisu suitable The desserts are charged 3 € or 15 € for the complete menu. Note: The products are fresh and made home, fries from P.D.T. peeled in kitchen. The wines are affordable rosé to 14 € and of good origin. Lunch only. In addition to the social experience this restaurant is worth the detour for its value/price ratio and we leave the heart happy. I recommend.

Arrived there by chance a day when I couldn't find room in the other restaurants, I was seduced by the concept. The dishes are very good, the setting is original and warm, the service very correct, respectful...I strongly recommend. On the other hand, there are only two dishes offered each day, so you have to look at the menu before you move.
