Chez La Mere Depalle - Thiers

This was my last meal of seven on a three day trip to the Auvergne and the best was saved till last, after a thirst quenching glass of Pastis I enjoyed courgettes stuffed with a blue cheese mousse served with a salad, a main of confit leg of Turkey with seriously good mash and a terrine of fresh fruit. All washed down with a great local white wine and served by really friendly staff and the attention of a great patron. The perfect end to a great trip, well and worthily recommended.
