ΜΟΝΟ - Thessaloniki

Mono offers vegan paninis, pizza and salads. I had the mushroom panini that was a little dry. it's okay if you're looking for a snack.

The vegan mushroom panini was okay, but it was lacking a sauce of some kind. For a quick snack it’s a good option but maybe not if you’re very hungry

They make barchetta on the spot with grilled vegetables and it is sooo good. The vegan options are clearly marked and the staff knows what is vegan.

I had panini with grilled vegetables, which I really liked. It looked so good that I forgot to take pictures. I stopped by to get some tahini rolls in the afternoon, but they had run out of them. Next time when I visit Thessaloniki.
