First time to this location and the first thing noticed was there were only 4 tables at 730pm. Surprised me since the Heights location has always been full when there. Hopefully people in the Woodlands will realize they've got a great spot waiting for them. Calamari app was very tasty, not greasy and with a tasty aioli. I had a pasta dish with thin espresso-crusted tenderloin over strozzapreti in a peppercorn cream sauce. Beef was well seasoned but under-cooked. Asked for mid rare and got rare which made a couple pieces really chewy. Pasta cooked properly but not much peppercorn cream sauce. Friend had the Veal and Risotto and said it was good but risotto was a little firm. As always, the wine selections and prices are the best at Port a'Vino. Service was great too. Again, hoping they can draw more customers to this location!
