Nice place people are always pretty friendly and foods always hot as it should be

This place is just not good ... Used to be, but it seems Popeyes is going further and further down.

I ordered a door dash order for 5 pcs tenders. It arrived with 3 pieces no condiments and no biscuit! The drink I paid extra for a mango lemonade and got a sprite! I called and spoke to the manager Christian and he said sorry there’s nothing I can do because you ordered door dash! But you let the order go out wrong! Terrible customer service I will not order from here ever! But can expect much from fast food workers, they have the worse service! All service should be the same no matter where you go!

Well I got off a 12 hour shift last night and wanted some popeyes ordered a 3 piece mild ask for 2 wings and a breast and got 3 thighs my fries was cold biscuit was cold as well called up there and asked for the manger some man got on the phone and said the manger will be here tomorrow for complaints and they can't do anything about it tonight

Food was hot and fresh , they were great with helping decide what's best for a family of 4! Thank you
