Mcdonald's - The Woodlands

I don't like the machines to order my food. If I had gone thru the drive-in, the service would be faster. I saw employees talking and visiting... and my food order just sitting there in the back.

3/6/24 3:20 am 2 employees acknowledged that I was trying to make an order, and the Hispanic lady told the black manager that I was there, and the manager continued to ignore me and not take my order or another customers order. This is unacceptable and it’s not the first time this has happened, customer service has gone down the drain and you expect customers to accept this??? Never coming back to this location.

Just stop a few minutes ago, order 777. I pick my order from the counter and went to my car with the happy meals for my granddaughters ñ. After we start driving home my granddaughters open their happy meal and no nuggets in both. Tried to call them but there lines are busy so they don’t answer. They always have some problems in the drive-thru and that’s why I went down this time.

Pretty tasty breakfast sandwich and quick moving line of cars.Parking: Plenty of spots and shady/cool in our hot summer weather.

I just went to eat here a few hours ago today at the Panther creek location in the drive thru. I ordered a combo meal with fries and a drink. I asked for my medium sized drink that the meal comes with to be iced water. The drive thru worker (a man) told me that I have to buy a separate bottled water because McDonalds has a policy that water cannot be placed in their fountain drink cups. So I just paid for the combo and said to keep my side drink. I did not want anything else to drink but water and it did not seem right to have to be double charged just to get my drink that the meal already comes with.I’d just like to clarify I did not ask for a free water bottle instead of a fountain iced water. All I asked is for my medium drink the meal comes with it to be an iced water. That was my drink selection. And I was told to have water as my drink selection I’d have to buy a bottled water.
