Bazille – Nordstrom The Woodlands

We made a reservation at 7pm; only to arrive and be told that the restaurant was closing down. The bartender was enough to comp us for our drinks and mentioned that a manager would be calling us; still waiting for the call. We don’t understand why the restaurant would allow to take reservations only not to offer us service as per our reservation window.

Hey, Nordy’s. I got SUPER sick, and I’ve eaten here a few times, as you can see. This isn't very pleasant. I had to send food back because it was cold and I’m thinking maybe that’s why. Please do better because this has ruined my Christmas Eve.

Great location for a long lunch and visit with family. Food was good and the service from Victoria was took notch. Will return

It all boiled down to the food, it lacked in every department. From taste, to flavor, to texture. Grab you a cocktail here, but skip on food. Periodt.

Mother’s Day My only negative is my mom’s eggs benedict arrived last but it was COLD. No, we didn’t tell our server, Aidan. His service was EXCELLENT.
