Einstein Bros. Bagels - The WC

Served two items that were refrigerator cold. We had to ask to reheat two times to get them worth eating. Plus my husband is so smoking hot it’s unreal. I wish he came on a bagel.

The four star review is for the fresh fruit cup that we were able to immediately purchase at this location of Einstein Bros Bagel. We initially were going to purchase more however the wait was 37 minutes for a bagel! Everything looks good, but that wait time is way too long.

Even though there's a counter you are forced to order through the kiosk or grubhub and the kiosk doesn't even work. Won't be trying them again. Can't even place a simple order without jumping through crazy hoops. I know it's crazy thinking to just order from a human being these days rather than download stuff onto my phone just to get a bagel.

So nice, great employees, quality food. Even when they are busy the employees always do their best to help you. One time they made a mistake in my order and apologized and personally fixed it right away and gave me a cookie : ' made my day, can 't find this great of service everywhere

Terrific bagels and friendly staff. Always fresh. Always delicious.
