Bidra med feedbackRedfish special was fishy, no seasoning, and they were out of Pineapple salsa. Wasn’t served on pineapple wedge as indicated.Switched it for 6 oz filet mignon medium cooked. Looked like a 4 oz, no seasoning, cooked medium well and a little dry. Mushrooms cold and without seasoning. Asked for baked potato with everything. Came with only sour cream and butter. Brought out the chives, bacon, and cheese but potato had gone cold. Wine and cocktail and bread were good.If you like unseasoned, cold, overcooked food, this is your place!In the end, a very nice manager Eric took care of me and my dinner was cooked perfectly. Kudos to Patrick our very patient server.
Our waiter was very pleasant and had wonderful suggestions. Great food and service.
We had a small gathering of friends at the new Harvest Restaurant in The Villages, Brownwood to be exact. We were seated in a small private room off the main dining area. There were eight of us, Misty took care of our table.As a waitress she got everything correct, including billing at the end of a three and a half hour meal.I enjoyed the squash soup prior to a main course meal of scallops and risotto. I paid for three meals, my wife's, my own and a dear friend. Our bill came out to $130 dollars with 4 alcoholic drinks. With tip we walked out 153 dollars lighter but a little heavier from the delicious food.We gave the Harvest Restaurant a 5 star rating due to the ambience and the service, food was excellent with no complaints from our large group.I have added some food photos.
The highlight of any visit to Harvest is simply walking in the door. You 'll almost always be greeted by the smiling face of Jan who is ALWAYS ready to verbally spare. Being half Irish myself and 'slightly ' full of the Craic, starting the evening out talking to Jan is a highlight and great way to kick off another fun evening. Harvest 's success really comes down to the team AND their management. Eric Natera always personally makes sure every detail meets your satisfaction. We were just there last Friday night with some out of town guests from up north and were blessed with a fabulous outdoor table and a tremendous meal. Our server Leslie was awesome. Quality has gone down here unfortunately. I have come here several times in 6 months with great similar results until now. We usually get the shrimp and grits because it is creamy and delicious, but this time it was watery and no flavor. Also, the flat fries they usually have were replaced with different ones that weren’t good.
