Holiday Inn Manchester West, An Ihg

Room was way too warm and the air conditioning is rubbish even on max, I couldn't sleep all night because it was too hot. Everything else was good though and bed was comfortable. One other thing is there's no fridge in the room to store drinks, every other hotel I've been to has a small fridge in the room with free bottled water so that would be useful.

Wow what can I say! I haven’t spent a night yet but this is my first night here. Staff are so friendly, they go above and Beyond for you. I just asked for simple ketchup I came back to my room with 4 galaxy chocolate satchets, and a bottle of ketchup. For anyone that is small but for me that is such good customer service. I love this hotel honestly, thank you to all the staff today you guys are great!!! Love Noella

Rooms clean, but very tired and dated. The towel rail wasn’t even connected! Staff were friendly( especially at breakfast) and the breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Good choice and beautifully cooked. It’s not located in a great area, more the edge of an industrial/ retail area. We got an Uber to the theatre, which was only around £5. We chose it for the free, on-site parking and I would stay again.

Pleasantly surprised with our stay here. Affordable price and in an easy enough location to get to. Staff were friendly, beds were super comfy and the breakfast was great.

The friendly and helpful staff cleanliness and location. Superb breakfast. Hidden stars were our bedroom cleaners. The first hotel in 50 years where on arrival our room was ready. We were just made to feel welcome even though the young barman pressed the wrong button £10 for a bottle of beer. Only one thing hotel needs to check. The batteries in the TV remote control.
