Bidra med feedbackFantastic fish! Stopped by to get some lunch today. The proprietor have me a sample of the spice mix salmon and it was delightful. Perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. And reasonably priced. He said only takeaway was available today, so I did not dine in. I will definitely be stopping back by to pick up some for my family for dinner next week. I know they will enjoy it as much as I did. And the photo shows only 2 pieces because I forgot to take a photo of the 3 that I purchased. It was only 10€ for the 3 pieces (totaling about 300 g) a bottle of water. A slice of keto heaven!
Still the best salmon I've ever had! The owner is very friendly and chatty. I've been here often and the food is consistently great quality! Simple and delicious flavours.

Excellent quality fish, and other products. Attentive and passionate staff and owner, house biological and smoked, white fish (cod,whiting) and salmon. If you want to impress dinner guests, come here, if you prefer to eat it yourself, come here, if you don’t like fish, don’t come here, if you like cheap fish, don’t come here, if you like quiche, good selection of wine, and perfectly prepared fish, come here. Come here. Broodje zalm for lunch €5 is also a good, casual option
We spent a very pleasant evening at the Zalmhuis thanks to both the warm-hearted owner Ton and his skillfully and lovingly prepared food. For starters, we shared a small salmon quiche which had a light fluffy filling. For the main course we tried both specialties dishes. I really enjoyed the Zalm Papillot with an oregano herb mix, olives, tomatoes and a wine reduction. I also liked the presentation since the dish arrived wrapped in a paper and was unwrapped in front of us. The pasta on the side matched the salmon very well and had an interesting slightly sweet taste. All in all it was a beautiful and well-balanced mix of flavours. For dessert, he recommended the date pie which was very delicious as well and had a nice slighty crunchy texture due to small cookie/crumble pieces.
