Supreme Sandwiches

The lady who owns this is a total Bi@@h. Like horrible. She got mad becaus3 I asked why thr turkey was mushy. I mean it's not slices. It's a bunch of pieces of mush. Like weird pieces all mushroom together. I went to the front to go ahead and pay for the sandwich and my card wasn't working. It was locked. And she took the sandwich and threw it underneath the counter and was like. Oh well forget it. Like you couldn't even wait for me to unlock my card? I don't even know how to face stays in business. Please don't go there. They were already rude to my friend and her kids once before. And I should have listened to them and not went. Screw this place.

It used to taste very good but they are already using low quality HEB brand bread and it tastes horrible.

I have eaten here since probably the mid 80s. Always good.

I 've been buying sandwiches here off and on since the late 90 's. Best tuna salad sandwich in town. I promise. I too miss the super low prices of days gone by. And I 'm sure the rent in this location has gone up over the years especially with nearby gentrification. The poboy sandwiches are the secret those in the know best buy, perhaps to compete with nearby Antone 's. Get you one while they 're still cheap. Check the hours before you come. They 're generally a lunch time operation only, and close an hour earlier on the weekend. They also have a location in Spring Branch.

I used to eat here for lunch 20 years ago went back again. It's the exact same I love it. Egg salad brought back memories for sure! But they were slow I remember always waiting in line. THIS IS A HIDDEM GEM PEOPLE! SKIP ANTONES AND MAKE THE SUPREME CHOICE!
