Bidra med feedbackI went there almost every weekday morning during the school year since it?s close to my job. They have LITERALLY NEVER messed up my drink. They read the labels and make it so perfect! Also, the machines must always be calibrated correctly and they aren?t broken because the espresso is always fresh and robust. Thank you Jessie, Eric and Chris for always making my day start off right!
I could tell they were busy and maybe overwhelmed this morning, but customer service was still on point (I think her name was Gabby? So nice and sweet! and they always get my orders correct. You might have to be patient because this location is always slammed, but that's not the employees fault and I have zero complaints as a whole.
Literally the rudest individual I?ve ever met running the till this morning And he?s up against some competition these days.! The first time I?ve decided not to hand over my money to a business I was standing in and chose to walk out and spend it elsewhere. I?m sure he couldn?t care less but the company may care about the standards in their outlets?
The atmosphere here really gets you good vibe and helpful employees. That makes your drink experience so much better. On this visit, I tried the pumpkin cream cheese muffin warmed up, and oooh wee I love it. The employees are nice, and they know how to profile what you would like. Never a bad experience here!
It still has the jist of everything the other Starbucks had, but we waited for a ridiculously long time for our drinks. Most of the staff were just sitting around, and when we came to order, our cashier left mid-order to get something. Everything else was fine.
