The Beef And Rice bowl was very good but I did not like the Asian ladies attitude at all I was asking her stuff about the menu and she was so short and impatient with me… she had a very condescending attitude with me and I know that Asian people come off as very rude at times but I’m a Black American woman and that snappy rudeness will never be acceptable and to be very honest when yall act like that with us in your establishments it comes off as racism or prejudice… fix that because the energy you give always returns back to you!

There was a hair in my soup, and the owner did not take responsibility for the mistake. Just denied it, when she wasn’t even wearing a hair net. If she would have been honest the experience would have been better. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.

The the lady who I believe is the owner has horrible customer service, such a disgusting attitude. I work next door I placed an order at 12:04 for a milk tea I came about 5 minutes later and she refused to make my drink until the 12:24 due time even though she had no prior orders atm and was just watering plants.

Everything we had was so good! The dumpling soup had so much flavor. Beautiful atmosphere and very kind staff. Very much worth the visit!

Absolutely beautiful restaurant. Fantastic customer service. Exceptional food. I can't recommend Red Monkey enough you'll have to visit to see what I mean.
