Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered today and it was horrible. One I called place my order and the guy said it will take 35 to 45 minutes. I said ok. I waited about an hour and I called to check to see if my order was on the way. The MANAGER said that she does not see any orders for me and I said well I placed an order. She tell me ' I must have placed it with someone else '. Then as I am hang up I get a call from a unknown number and it is the delivery lady. She have GPS but she is in the wrong place and I let her know that she is in the wrong place. I told her I am 2401 not 2400 but I place the order for 2401 and she said she was 10 minutes away.......................... She never made it. This is not cool because so I have to wait until I get off. I made this order at work but they are just straight down the street I don 't understand. The manager was rude and I did not have time to argue with the lady so I just hung up. I like Papa John 's and this is not a good look.

Well, it’s been a week an the situation hasn’t been rectified. So, on 7/15/23, I paid for items. From an online order through papa johns, I only received half of the order. Called the manager the next day, an received one of the missing items. But still was missing about $10 of items. It’s not about the money, it’s principle, you stole money from me for products that I never received. I was told to call customer service, called got a case then an email. 4 days later not a response. Customer service sucks and is a waste of time. Take your money else where people. Update: 7/25/23 Its been 3 days since I sent out an email to the “Owner”. Haven’t heard one word. Again, take your money else where. Update to update: It’s been 5 months still no word. This papa John store is trash. Ones highlight in green except cheese stick are the ones that I had never received!

Food was so good I’m writing a review! Fantastic food, consistently delicious

This location is trash order online to pick up on my way home for them to cancel my order at 1055 glad I don’t have use this store for my regular ordering spot
