La Taquiza

This is hands down the absolute BEST, AUTHENTIC, Mexican buffet in Houston. Everything was sooooo good, I couldn’t get enough. I love that they had all my Mexican favorites to finish off, which was arroz con leche, churros, and conchas. I highly recommend. The staff, super on top of the service, since it gets crazy busy, are still super kind, ask you if you need anything, in case you look lost, and just amazing. It’s definitely a Sunday favorite and our new go to!

Very bad experience, too expensive for food not being restocked. No place to seat and they kept letting people in. Coffee is $7 plus if you want Agua Fresca it's another $7, there was no rice, no sweet bread, no tortillas. Dirty dishes everywhere. Very disappointed for the price we paid!

Went to the sunday brunch buffet... needless to say to food was amazing and the staff was very attentive. Definitely recommend this place.

Additionally, the seating situation is problematic, as there is limited space to sit and enjoy your meal comfortably. While the food is undoubtedly fantastic, these logistical challenges can detract from what would otherwise be a standout dining experience.
