Kfc - The Energy Corridor, Houston

The food was absolutely delicious and the amounts were incredible. I would eat there every day even if I did not love chicken.

I took my order online, the chicken was bad. Chicken absorbs oil. This motivated me to delete the KFC app and no longer crave fried chicken

I hate this location!! I gave this KFC another chance they always seem to fail me! I cannot stand when they rush you and keep asking ANYTHING ELSE, like give me a minute to decide also there were NO CARS behind me that’s what makes it worse. Froylan handed me my drink with Pepsi all on the side of it because he chose not to clean my cup off therefore I had to wipe it off myself, as I’m doing that he’s handing my bag to me which made me feel rushed to clean what should’ve been cleaned by him. I then drive off get to the light check my bag and lo and behold NO SAUCE in which I asked for BARBECUE SAUCE, so now I’m stuck eating this dry chicken strips, fries, and biscuit. NEVER AGAIN NOT THIS KFC!!!!!!!!!!! Mason Rd! It’s 0 stars across the board for me!!!!!!

Fried Chicken was dried, old and small, they don’t take pride in serving the best products possible. Unfortunately, KFC brand isn’t what it use to be.

This is the first time I really had a bad experience with this location maybe it's because I braught a kfc coupon that was supose to give me a 12 pc orginal and 3 sides and biscuits and I received 12 pcs 2 sides and some biscuits and was charged for an additional side . If it was my first time there I would not go back and I didnot go back to sort out the order my loss but everybody has a bad day
