Freebirds World Burrito

Food is good, it’s Freebirds food, but the atmosphere and customer service is the worst out of all of the ones my family and I have been to. Rude and rushed isn’t the way to go with customer service especially with so many options in the Houston area.

Alison and Alex were EXCEPTIONAL they treated us like royalty and executives! It was so nice to hear them say what would you like? It was so empowering and inspiring that God was telling us to ask for what we want. Allison was so motivational and she kept smiling and gave us great attention and welcomed us into the room
