The Breakfast Team was able to get my big order breakfast out quick and with a smile. Thank you for the great experience!

The whole drive thru process took 25 minutes from entering to exiting because of the new drive thru system. No one entered the mobile lane for the first 15 minutes I was waiting but the drive thru lane was incredibly long. I finally got my food and then had to pull up and wait a few more minutes for my drinks. Once I got home I realized my order had been taken incorrectly and I was not able to eat as I can only eat the grilled nuggets since I am gluten free. I hope they consider allowing the mobile lane to double as a drive thru at times when no one is using the mobile lane.
I agree with others, something has changed at this location. Usually my favorite restaurant, but since they took away curbside, and also shifted the drive thru lanes to being one lane for app orders it now only congests both lines with one guy running back and forth to satisfy both. I’m here at 2:45 on a Wednesday and nobody’s moving.I also just received my food. Fries cold and mushy, ice melted in drinks, and honestly the staff look stressed out. I don’t think it’s the staff I think it’s the new process and system. It may save the corp money, but it just cost them money in my case. If you own this location, make some changes and support your team that’s earning you money.I’ve had a few negative experiences in a row, otherwise I wouldn’t even say a thing. I’m grateful for people that manage meals and work in the industry. This new process is not the right way to go.There is another location at briar forest and Eldridge… just saying.
