The Barbecue - The Dalles

Been to the Barbecue with a buddy several times now for the deep fried prawns... Man, oh Manischewitzs they were good! And the cook knows how to cook french fries too. What a great meal.

Well had high hopes, was told the sandwichs we're amazing. So disappointed. Fake cheese slices, processed turkey and bagged lettuce. Maybe the other food is better but I won't be back to find out! The drink glasses suck too. Two swigs and their empty. Had like 9 refills.

Very friendly place with tasty food. Had the steaks and eggs, everything was cooked to perfection. Will visit again next time in the area. Good menu selection and coloring books for the kids.

This place is gonna go down hill now that the best bartender in town isn't there. The other bartender they have now is slow unorganized and does not have customer service for anything!! Only time I ever saw this bar busy was when Sara was bartender.

Decent food and prices. Wait staff was nice. This is definitely a 'locals ' place where everyone goes there every day kind of a place. But not as funny as the TV show Cheers.
