Harvey's - the Creek in Stoney Creek

Unfortunate experience with a raw buffalo chicken sandwich. Photos are available. Update... The management of Harvey's got right on top of this issue and I am pleased to say that everything is being looked into. Mistakes happen but it is great when they are taken seriously and are corrected.

I came in today to order 2 poutines, the wait was a little long but I understand the Buffalo chicken takes a while to make . When I got my poutines the paper bag ripped and they ended up falling on the ground. The ladies there were so empathetic and ended up replacing the poutines for me right away. They were sweet to clean us up and asked my daughter if we were okay. Thank you for the great customer service. We really appreciate the small gestures :

Great burgers as always. staff are quick to catch up to an over flow of people during rush hour, are also really friendly!

Waited about 20 minutes for chicken fingers… blonde cook in the back clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing.. should be fired

Cold poutine, warm pop (no ice)and counter was phlthy with. Clearly not cleaned properly the night before. It was almost dirty enough I cancelled my order. All this and they had only been open 30 mins.
