I highly recommend Starbucks require their drive thru orders be repeated back to the customer to make sure the order is correct. I ordered a venti...I only order venti size...but at the windows the barista was going to give me a grande. After telling her I ordered a venti she gave me a look and went around the corner to the person preparing my drink. I didn't look at my drink until I was a few miles down the road. It appears the barista filled the bottom on my venti caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with extra whipped cream and poured the grande mistake on top. Very disappointed in my service today. Most days I receive 5-star service. Not today.
The crew was not helping, the place is dirty, the beverage is so bad.
I come here in the mornings for my Blond roast coffee and lately it has tasted different, almost burnt. I wondered if they were giving me the wrong roast and then I found out they are brewing a different type of blonde roast other than the regular. Please go back to the regular blonde roast. If it's not broke don't fix it.
Drive thru was extremely rude. We asked them to remake our drink because they rang up the wrong thing. They said we confirmed 3 times which was a lie. They didn 't even ask once. They did not confirm, not did it show up on the screen. They 're speaker was cut out half of what they said. Then the lady was really rude to us because of their mistakes.
