Bidra med feedbackI attempted to make a reservation at this restaurant three times after purchasing a Groupon voucher. Each time, they cancelled my reservation and provided a different excuse. Since I booked through Groupon, I could not even get a refund because they believed I had already dined at the restaurant. The quality of the food may be good, but I recommend avoiding this restaurant due to its lack of reliability and constant disappointments.
The food and service was excellent very friendly price as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant
Excellent menu, friendly service, incredible value, authentic taste and a delight for any Thai food fans in Thanet.
I have eaten in probably every Thai restaurant in Ramsgate when I came across this little gem call Sapsap Eat Thai. Its basically a pop up restaurant operated from within the Queen Charlotte pub in Ramsgate. Wow wow wow this food is on a different level. The presentation was exquisite and the taste was so so fresh and unbelievable. Its very rare that I get so excited about food but my word this has to be tasted to be believed
I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. I booked a table through Groupon at a great price. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was friendly and welcoming. However, when we arrived at 6.00 as scheduled, the door was locked. Luckily, another customer had the restaurant's phone number and called to let them know we were waiting outside. The staff quickly apologized and opened the door for us. Initially, there were no drinks available as the bar was closed, leaving us a bit thirsty until it opened. We were also informed that dessert was not included in our Groupon deal, but were given bigger portions of our main courses instead. The staff promised that dessert would be provided on our next visit. Despite these small hiccups, the food (especially the coconut rice) was so delicious and the staff so welcoming that it was hard to be disappointed. This restaurant is a hidden gem and definitely worth a visit, just remember to have a contact number on hand in case of any unforeseen issues.
