Pizza Hut - Thanet

Ordered Peperoni deep pan . Peperoni was under cheese which made pizza more greasy than it used to be. I called back and been lied by India guy who picked up the phone. He said I've ordered from westwood cross. When I called restaurant there they said they don't do deliveries and confirmed that guy lied to me.

If you want to order your food through your phones like a takeaway with no table service for well overpriced food, this is the place for you. Also, dont accept cash. Just for a main and a kids pizza, it was coming out at £48, We still had to another two kids to order for and drinks. But we stopped and walked out to another restaurant. I thought after 3 years of refusing to go here after an appalling visit, it may have improved. I guess not. No wonder it was empty in the restaurant on New years Eve.

Very disappointing. Cleanliness standards are inadequate. The salad was looking very tired, onions were going black, potato salad was overpowered with a vinegar taste as was the coleslaw. I’ve been using Pizza Hut for years and years and have never been disappointed before. Kellyanne from Deal

Worst customer service rude and racist 18th Nov 23 November 2023 Man who served us was rude to me and my family so badly and harassed us we had to walk out and get our money back. Never go again there. They are racist. This was my second time they’re having a problem. Just when I had the confidence to go back, they bullied me once again! Do not go to this Pizza Hut. The staff are awful including the manager no customer service and completely rude and obnoxious. I would avoid this place at all costs. Cheap food for an expensive price, honestly you're better off getting pizza at Tesco. Staff are no help whatsoever and stood around on their phones most of the time when we wanted to order.
