Bidra med feedbackThis is the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. I found a hair in the ribs and they looked spoiled so I didn't eat them. The rice was burnt and even the prawn crackers were dripping in yellow oil. When I tried to complain over the phone, they kept hanging up on me. After spending £40, I would expect at least an apology. This place should be shut down, it's not worth a penny.
I waited for 3 hours and 10 minutes for mediocre, cold food. I tried calling the restaurant more than 20 times to get updates on the delay, but they never bothered to answer. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
I ordered food from this restaurant and spent just over £30. Unfortunately, the taste, smell, and appearance of the food were terrible. It was my friend's first time trying Chinese food, and she was so put off that she says she will never eat Chinese takeaway again. When we called to ask for a refund, the owner was very disrespectful. I even mentioned that I have worked in a restaurant before and could tell that the food had been microwaved more than once. Despite this, we never received a refund as the owner claimed we had ordered the wrong dishes. We had ordered spring rolls, deep-fried crab claws, king prawns with crispy fried noodles, roast pork with crispy fried noodles, roast duck chow mein, and grilled meat dumplings. I had to throw away the food as I didn't even feel it was safe to feed a dog. Overall, it was an absolutely horrendous experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
This Chinese takeaway service id shockingly bad! It was an hour late! We kept calling them and no answer plus when it turned up, the delivery guy started arguing with us! Would recommend to avoid this place!
AWFUL DONT KNOW HOW THIS SHOP STILL OPEN!!! Half cooked spring rolls, foul smelling ribs, undercooked satay chicken with congealed jelly on that stank!, yellow prawn crackers in dirty oil
