Eddy's Fried Chicken Kebab - Thanet

The food was tasty, even after the journey, it was still some of the best donner meat I have ever had.

Moved to the area in April this year and really struggled to find a good kebab. Tried most of the kebab shops in Margate and in my opinion this has been the best so far. Ordered a doner and burger for delivery this evening...and weren't disappointed. Told it would be minutes which is fine but turned up earlier, burger and chips were good and the kebab was excellent. All hot and tasty and the chilli sauce was really really good and all in is great value. Thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you.

This place has the absolute worst service I have ever had. We were staying at a holiday home with no way of knowing what was around. We had a year old with us and upon calling the restaurant times to be told the...delivery driver was out in his white skoda, we then waited in the car park for minutes. We then had to DRIVE TO THE RESTAURANT to get our order which meant waking our year old we had been travelling all day so I can only let you imagine how inconvenient this was for us. Upon getting to the shop the owner refused to cook until we arrived and gave us no apology or even excuse to why his deliver driver never turned up. He gave us cold food and spoke to my partner so rudely he had to leave. Only to see the delivery driver outside parked up with his girlfriend. When questioning the owner he then attempted to goad my partner into confrontating the delivery driver himself as he had no intention of finding out why he never turned up or to reconcile our experience. Absolutely gutted for our first night away since lockdown.

We have been trying to find a good kebab takeaway for ages and have found it !!! We used the delivery service and the food was sufficiently warm on arrival. The meals were perfect, as was the salad and the fries. Will definitely go back...to Eddys.
