Caffe Nero Westwood Cross - Thanet

We tried the new vegan burger, the McPlant, and it was very tasty and delicious! The restaurant itself is also very pleasant.

This is a lovely restaurant that we frequent often. The staff are generally very friendly, although there was one who seemed more concerned about a small charge of £1.99. Thankfully, that employee is no longer there and the rest of the team is back to being great. They even offer delivery from their Thanet branch and you can track your order through their app. We highly recommend Thanet-Twog.

The table service was excellent and they had amazing specials.

They have not changed their app user-friendly a poor guy who works on his own.
