Starbucks - Texas City

I wish I had got their names, but the ladies who were there last night were great! very friendly and went over and beyond!

Tried a new coffee, iced coffee with vanilla, loved it

The service is great, but the place needs some cleaning. Paper and sugar on the floor, sticky tables and seats. A shame that a great device is tarnished by lack of attention to the areas where people are supposed to eat.

Did not make our order right then got upset when we said something about it.

This was my first time trying a pumpkin spice latte and I didn't enjoy it much. However, Ellie kindly offered me another drink for free, even though she didn't have to. She put in extra effort to ensure I was happy and was very kind. I truly appreciated her assistance and will definitely return to the restaurant.
