Subway - Texarkana

Great place if you want a quality sandwich. Never was exited about sandwiches until I started eating at subway. Would recommend.

Placed an online order for a Turkey Italiano sub that was supposed to have pepperoni and genoa salami with the Turkey but recieved a turkey only sub. They didnt say they were out of any of the other ingredients, so I guess they just didnt read theonline order correctly

I visited the restaurant today and was quickly greeted, which was great! However, when I approached the counter to place my order, I noticed a sign that read, "We won’t serve RUDE customers; put your phone away." Unfortunately, the employees were gathered by the drive-thru, chatting at length about personal matters while I waited to be served. There were no other customers around, yet I had to wait patiently as they continued their conversation instead of attending to me. They acknowledged my presence but took their time to come assist me. The service definitely needs improvement.

The staff were prompt and friendly when taking my order. Even though one employee was new, she handled everything professionally and was attentive to my requests. She demonstrated great attention to detail, asking clarifying questions even after I changed my order, which helped ensure I got exactly what I wanted. She was very pleasant and wished me a great day as I left. The seating area is a bit small, but it’s still comfortable enough to enjoy your meal. Overall, the food was fresh and delicious. Keep in mind that the Subway is within a grocery store, so you might see shoppers passing by. In conclusion, this is still a fantastic place to grab a quick sub.

I experienced serious food safety issues at your restaurant. Your staff contaminated the food by handling raw items and then touching cooked food without proper hygiene practices. Additionally, they didn't change their gloves after using the cash register and a marker before handling food again. Because of this, I will not return.
