Jason's Deli - Texarkana

Great work for Jason in Rockwall had great catering order to pick up after opening hours on Sunday. I didn't have any problems. As always good service and they never forget plates, napkins forks, spoons and spices, as happened several times when you are catering lunches lack of one of these things, leave the event and go buy it in the last minute! Good work, good food, good service. Short employees everywhere, but they did it!

Our first time here in this place, as we are just going through, but this review was worth booking. Everyone was so friendly today, we stopped for a quick lunch and while we finished our salads we realized that they forget to bring our soups. Both managers went beyond and beyond to fix it for us to go and leave a small gift in our pocket. Very sweet and thoughtful of them!

I wanted to say how wonderful the staff was, but especially Brandon. I came to lunch and it was very busy, and I had to wait a bit for my meal, and he made sure I got it after I had waited a while. He was very timely and took care of every guest who asked if he needed something and worked very fast and diligent. I appreciate him!

Food is decent but the tables and floor were filthy.. It would be nice if they took the time to sweep and clean the place. My impression when I see a place thus dirty is that the associates don't care. If they leave the place this dirty, why would they care about the food? Won't be back to this location anytime soon. Too bad too. Every other Jason's I've been to has been alot cleaner.

Uh oh! 40 minutes to get food. Word on the street is that the store manager left early, just before the after church lunch rush, and they were already short by one staff member on the line. Shame on you manager! But huge kudos for the rest of the staff for getting through it. First time getting the kids pasta It was tasty, daughter ate it well.
