Arby's - Texarkana

Went in to get a meal. I got the original beef and cheddar. The wife got the same. We ate there. Hot and delicious. Got the loaded chicken and ranch and bacon curly fries for my daughter and her husband to go. Jason was very helpful trying to get my wife's app to work. He really showed effort, but it didn't work. But kudos to him for trying and showing real customer service. Great staff overall. Everyone was professional. All of Arby's stores should be staffed like this one.

Go in to order, there was one family ahead of me, and one family of 5 behind me. First, family order and get their food before my family gets a chance to order. Placed order and went got drinks, sauces, and picked a table see them placing some of our order on a tray on front counter. Family after us gets their order for 5 people eats and leaves before we (3 people) get our food. The food they placed on the counter (fries and burgers) are cold and soggy as it took 18 mins to get our food. Bathroom was out of order and blocked off. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Got my order wrong. Didn't know it until I was on the road.

Easy to order online. Food was ready and hot when I arrived to pick it up. Staff was very friendly. I got the greek gyro and it was good as always.

Have you tried their fish sandwiches? O... M... G... they're good ?
