Mcdonald's - Test Valley

This is probably one of the best McDonald's in the area. Always good, always fresh unlike other McDonald's that you can come across which are not the same

Awful service from this one, food was warm staff were rude! Took ages through the drive through. Short staffed apparently! I wonder why.

Didn’t receive my McDonald’s birthday donut in my order and threw an absolute tantrum luckily Jen the customer assistant was there to help and get me my much deserved donut and saved my meal time. Thank you!

Waited half an hour for a cold burger and chips a d a warm milkshake.

No printout available so didn't know my order number. Screen down so no idea which meals were ready. But a really lively young red headed lad was so polite and helpful. Real asset to the business. Thank him from us.
